About this Performance

French pianist Jonathan Fournel launched his international career in the spring of 2021 when he won the Grand Prize at the prestigious International Queen Elisabeth Competition in Brussels. His playing is distinguished by stunning technique, an ability to summon an extraordinary spectrum of colors, and his balanced mix of exquisite refinement and wild instinct.
